| New Beginnings embarks on various methods of fund raising, that not only provides monies to assist with the costs or our programs, but also to spread the word of what we do... So that anyone who needs our services knows who we are, what we do, and how they can reach us! We recently held a raffle, licensed by the Department for Charitable Gaming*, for a weeks stay in a Beachfront Studio Apartment in Ormond Beach, FLORIDA!!! Congratulations to our winner, who reported a fabulous vacation was had!!! We will be raffling this again on April 17, 2012!!! Stay tuned! Twice yearly, we hold **Texas Hold 'Em poker tournaments, sanctioned by the KY Department for Charitable Gaming. Thanks to all those who turned out on February 12th! A great time, a great payout for a great cause!!! Every Christmastime, we have also held a HOPE FOR THE HOLIDAYS Internet Auction. We are assisting with the 3rd Annual Towne Square Mall Derby Trot, with all proceeds benefiting New Beginnings. This NIGHT RUN 5k will be held May 6, 2011. We have also enjoyed a Golf Tournament in 2008 at Panther Creek Park, as well as the Christmas at Panther Creek light display in 2007 and 2009 and this year 2011!!!
